When you register for THE FIRST 100, we store your email address, the time you registered, and your registration status (FIRST100 or WAITLIST).

We also collect optional product interests selected during registration to help us understand demand for LE DUR products.

To protect the registration against automated abuse, we also process your IP address at the time of submission. It is not stored in readable form: we store only a one-way hashed value of it, together with a timestamp, to limit repeated submissions from the same connection.

Our hosting infrastructure may also generate standard technical request logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) as part of operating and securing the service.

We use your data to:

• manage THE FIRST 100 early-access registration;
• assign and maintain your FIRST100 or WAITLIST status;
• prevent duplicate registrations and automated abuse;
• contact you about your registration and preorder access when invitations become available.

Registration does not require a purchase. It does not subscribe you to general marketing emails.

Managing your registration, assigning your status and contacting you about your registration and preorder access is necessary to provide the registration you requested (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Processing the hashed connection identifier and technical logs to prevent duplicate registrations, spam and abuse is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the registration secure and fair (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not rely on consent for this registration. If we ever ask for your consent for another purpose, we will do so separately.

The registration is hosted and stored on Lovable Cloud, provided by Lovable, which uses Supabase for database infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf to operate and secure the service.

Registration data is stored in the European Union: the database is hosted in Ireland.

Registration data is not currently shared with Shopify or any email delivery provider. If that changes, we will update this policy before such processing begins.

Your registration data is stored in the EU (Ireland).

If any of our service providers ever process data outside the EU/EEA, we will ensure appropriate safeguards apply before that processing begins and update this policy.

Registration data is kept while THE FIRST 100 campaign and its preorder invitation process remain active. After they have concluded, it will be deleted once no longer necessary for those purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Hashed anti-abuse identifiers are short-lived: entries older than 24 hours are automatically removed when new registrations are processed.

You may request deletion earlier at no@ledur.co, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

We do not sell your email address or share it for third-party marketing.

Technical service providers may process data on our behalf only as needed to operate and secure the registration service.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive your data in a portable format where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Providing your email address is voluntary, but necessary to take part in THE FIRST 100. No purchase is required and registration creates no purchase obligation.
